Heavy vintage necklace featuring a large naja and bearing hands at the end of the each crescent thought to be referencing the Moorish "hands of Fatima". The naja is stamped and signed Begay with initials PL (the letters PL are not terribly legible.) The naja is also marked sterling. The necklace is strung on foxtail with large bench made beads, mercury dime beads and liberty half dollar beads. Necklace length is 26" not including the naja. Naja measures 2 7/8" x 3 7/8". Weight is 172.9 grams.
