An early reservation example, these moccasins represent the stylistic traditions of the Indian Wars period. Although this example dates from the early reservation period In the 1890’s to the turn of the century. Still present in this example are the early post- Civil War bead colors featuring chalk white, red center rose and other early diagnostic period colors.
